Submitting a Citizen Request (311)

This article will guide you through the steps to submit a Citizen Request in your city's FrontDesk portal.

Citizen Requests (311) is an optional feature. If you do not see Citizen Requests (311) on the menu in the FrontDesk portal, your city does not have this feature.

Citizen Requests, or 311, allows you to electronically submit non-emergency requests to the city.

To submit a new 311 request:

  1. Click on the Citizen Requests (311) menu, then click on the Submit a 311 Request button.

  2. Enter the Title of your request and select a Category.
  3. Enter a Description of the request. Please provide as much detail as possible.
  4. You can add a location by clicking on the map or entering the nearest address.
  5. Click Choose File to include any pictures of the concern.

  6. Click Submit a 311 Request once you have filled out the form.

You will be able to see all Citizen Requests that have been submitted, as well as edit your own Citizen Requests.
